Nutrex Lipo-6, any good????
i got muscle and fitness magazine and saw an ad for this stuff. is it any good? worth buying?

i need to get my body fat % tested, then take it so i can tell "real" results. so u think it is worth buying and using?

That is so true aggie.....I was okay, but not really lean, I was at 28% BF when I started the Lipo6, then went to 22% in 30 days.
NOOOWWWW -- my diet was pretty much stellar and my workouts kick even my trainer's ass.....LOL So, depends on how you couple it with diet and exercise. |

But have you tried without?? I have, in the past, used Xenderine and it worked great....then tried w/o ephredra and it sucked.

Me too! I actually switched to Lipo 6 after Xenadrine was taken off the market. The only non ephedra supplement I tried was Hot Rox and I didn't like that at all.
