Ok currently i am taking these supplements below. Ive been taking them at these times. Anyone see if i should move anything around or take at a different time? Thanks for any ideas
Morning after cardio protein shake with glutimine added in.
Then i take a mulitivitamin, C&E vitamin, Fish oil cap, R-ALA cap,
Before workout creatine, then protein shake with glutimine, and another dose of creatine after workout
I also have a bottle of stacker 2 i just started using for cutting. I had a good response to it while cutting last summer I have been taking a pill after meals. I also just bought a thing of Swole when does everyone reccomend taking this? Put it in place of creatine im using now or should i take it along side creatine?

And you are cutting? Here is what I suggest:
AM shake looks good, as well as mid-day supps.
Experiment a bit but cut out one dose of your creatine, either pre-or post workout, no stacker after 2 pm so it won't effect sleep. Actually I missed the Swole thing, yes I would replace the creatine with it, that is my 2 cents at least.
To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!
