I like the Nectar Lemon flavored one, but usually go with ON as well but can't stand the strawberry.

But am about out, so should be interesting to see what everybody else uses/likes.

Hey Jen - are all the Low Carb GROW powders good?? Or just the chocolate? I am not a chocolate fan (I know, not really a girl ), but I would like LC powder because I need the protein, not the carbs.

My daily protein is Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex. I also use Syntrax Nectar, various flavors (have not tried one that I didn't like).

I just mix it with water. you can use a shaker cup even and pre-measure it before you head out. add ice water and shake!

Personally, Nitro-Tech works the best for me. I know, a lot of fillers, but I believe the formulation is very conducive to increased mass/decreaced fat. Sometimes the hype is true. ON for mepersonally, is just to unrefined. Makes me wonder if they6 have any isolate in there at all. If moneys no object, go Nitro. It works.

optimum is my fav. nitro-tech is overpriced and is the worst thing i've ever tasted in my life. rather have brocoli flavored optimum.

Taste. Is that why your taking protein? Hmmph. Silly me. I thought it was for effectiveness. And as far as price goes, no investment, no return.....'nuff said.

"it didn't do anything" What did you ex0pect? an inch on your arms? Bottom line is ON is much harder on the GI than Nitro, as many in the know will attest. That alone signifies better bioavailability of amino acids. That alone is worth the price. And as far as your observations go, I respectfully disagree. I have tried just about every powder under the sun, and I certainly yield the best nitrogen retention off of the Tech. Perhaps it's not the whey that isn't working. Perhaps it's your resolve.

i think is nitro tech is probably better than optimum but too me the difference is negligible. I might have a biased opinion becuase i dislike muscletech due to there outrageous advertising claims. I won't buy anything from muscletech and syntrax for that matter because of that bullshit with babsiegirl.

Hey man, I agree with you about the ads. It's like, enough already!. But when I buy ON, and pass the 20 or 40 grams i just ingested right into the toilet, "shitting my money away" takes on a whole new meaning. I unno. I just know what works for me. To each his own.
