    How to use Guggulbolic Extreme

    Hey all,

    Here is my current supp stack:

    Liquid Clenbutrx
    Guggulbolic Extreme

    I was considering using the guggulbolic 2 pills twice per day, or should I spread that out more?

    Any help would be appreciated
    To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!

    I think you can bump it up to two caps, three times per day.

    I don't know the exact half-life, so it's hard to say if you need two doses daily, three, or what, but Syntrax and others recommend 3X daily.

    When I used it, that's what I did. The stuff didn't do anything for me though.

    I believe its more thyroid support than fat burner. More likely to be helpful if your thyroid is lagging.

    There are probably a lot of supplements you want to avoid if you have a digestive order.

    Babsie can u send me a PM about the sides u experienced w/ it.. I wanna take it to help my thyroid but I am kinda worried about the tummyaches
