    Whey Protein + Swole V2?

Hey everyone. This summer I am going to begin taking Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein and Swole V2. My question is, instead of taking about 1-2 swole shakes a day and 2-3 protein shakes a day, can I just mix the two together into one shake? And if I do do this I don't have to double the amount of liquid I add, right? Thanks.

That sounds pretty nasty. I'd just drink them seperate. Especially if you have the flavored Swole.
And just as a side note, I'm assuming you're already eating at least your maintenance calories in "real" food before the 2-3 protein shakes/day right?

What is wrong with Swole V2? I've only heard a lot of good things about it and was recommended it over Cell Tech and San V12.

And yea I am gettin my calories and protein in real food. According to what I hear about proteins...1 gram of protein for each pound of weight....so I am 250 lbs so I need about 250 grams a day? correct?

I've taken the ON and V2 together with the unflavored swole...and well, you'd be better off taking them seperatly but in a bind I do it. The thing is Swole is pretty sweet and when you add it to the ON protein it gives it a tangy taste.

So yes you can do it but for taste reasons I'd say keep them seperate.
