When should you take SANS 12?

The ad on bulk nutrition ( http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=205 ) says that V12 "is best used prior to training and about 30 minutes prior to a meal." Also it says to take 2 servings on training days, 8 hrs apart, and one serving on non-training days.

When should i take it on training days and non-training days?

Works best for me when I use a scoop about 1 hour before training (this is 30 min before my preworkout protein drink) and another immediately after training.

On off days I take 1 scoop 30 min before breakfast only.

that's what i do with my pure creatine so that's what i was thinking of doing except the bottle says to take the 2 servings 8 hrs apart.

in a week i'll have to go back to school so i'll be forced to take one in the morning and one after i train at about 4 pm.

I think its b/c they don't want you having the insulogenic compounds contained in the supplement too close together to avoid low blood sugar. However, the malate portion of the creatine I FEEL works best when taken closer to a workout, which is why I use it the way I do.

I only use one serving per day, about 30 minutes before training.

I am afraid to use any more, I already get insane pumps! Also, it keeps me very pumped and vascular 24/7, the stuff definitely works for me.

My mom was asking me on Easter why I had all of those viens popping out in my forearms! I told her I was ill.

It was the Guanidinopropionic Acid (GPA), my creatine levels were sky high without having ever taken a creatine supplement in my life. Blood urea nitrogen to creatinine ratios were way outta whack. I shouldve sued SANS ass.

Heres an excert and link for you all, be careful.
    "
This potentially dangerous ergolytic chemical is Guanidinopropionic Acid (GPA), which binds the creatine transporter and plugs it up so creatine can’t be transported into various tissues (similar to the concept of tamoxifen blocking the estrogen receptor, not allowing estrogen to bind). This is a problem, because most of our tissues can’t make creatine so it has to be transported in, and blocked transporters means a reduction in cellular creatine levels. "

So, if your creatine levels were so ridiculously high naturally wouldn't ANY creatine product have caused you problems? Perhaps you are one person that doesn't need supplemental creatine.

they werent naturally high, it was simply the GPA.

seems to me a loading supplement is all anyone needs to try to harness natural creatine levels as your body makes it, and orally ingested creatine is typically a waste.
