    Creatine and Fat Loss

Hey guys, new here. Got a few questions. Ive been on Creatine for about 2-3 months now, definetly seen improvements in gains and what not, so i am very satisfied. Im about ot order my another tub in the next few days, and was considering also getting a fat lost helper like Hydroxycut or Xenadrine. Ephedra Free of course. But i read somewhere, that when u use Creatine and caffiene (which ive read that Hydroxycut and Xenadrine HAVE IN THEM, that it inhibits and cancels out the Creatine going to your blood stream. Little help here guys??

Caffeine won't negate the effects of creatine.

And why would you want to use an ephedra free fat burner? Do a search for "ephedrine" on this forum.

Ephedrine in the mass market is going to be banned in one day. The stuff is always going to be around, and I am completely confident that it won't be hard to attain.

Ephedra is supposed to interfere with NO2 because NO2 is a hemodialator (supposedly) and ephedra does the opposite.

Creatine works via a different pathway.

well caffeine does temporarily decrease insulin sensitivity, and creatine is best delivered to muscle cells when insulin is present, so it might be wise not to take them together at one time.

also creatine hydrates muscles and caffeine can dehydrate, so drink extra water.

There was one study that showed caffeine to limit creatine's benefits for increasing muscle strength and power. Additional research proved this to be untrue. In fact, early creatine research that showed creatine increases muscle mass, strength, and power was done using warm tea as the liquid in which the creatine was dissolved.

In summation, don't worry about supplementing with a product that contains caffeine interfering with the benefits you get from creatine.
