I am still curious and would like to try it, but $45 is a bit steep for me to test it.

I have done 3 full weeks of Adenergy and found it to be absolutely useless till now. No bench press or squats increase whatsoever.
Since I have bought some bottles, I have to finish them in order to come to any conclusion whatsoever.
I purely bought this because it has OPTIMUM on it.
I train 4 days a week using Dorians style (HIT) and eat 7 meals a day with with over 220g protein, take multi, zinc, creatine & glutamine.
Maybe I'm typical or atypical, this product hasn't worked for me even after 3 weeks.

I have been using it for a week now and I do feel a bit of a better pump during workouts but as far as weigth loss, all I do is go to the bathroom more (#2) and my bech press is about the same. I do feel mor energized (but that may be the caffene talking). I bought 2 bottles (discount) so i will use it for 2 months to see.
