    Increasing Protein Intake on Prohoromones?

I am curious what you guys think of this. I have read in some places that increasing your protein intake, even as much as double your bodyweight in grams per day is a good idea?

Wow, as much as 2g per pound of bodyweight? That would be close to 450g for me per day. That seems a bit high... I struggle to get 225g per day. 450g is nearly 2,000 calories just from protein.

I aim for 1.5 grams usually, I have difficulty going any higher due to calories.

Wow, that's still a good amount, though. Comes out to right 335g or so for me per day. I would have to start drinking down another MRP and maybe a few more protein bars, that should do the trick.

tuna, lean meat, dont worry about staying low on cals if you are trying to bulk up. Dont go nuts or you will end up fat like me but you can bump up your cals a bit

Androgens increase whole body and cellular protein synthesis -- so yes, you want to increase protein intake.

You can easily get 400 grams of protein -- 4 scoops of whey is about 100 grams alone.
