    Weight Gainer, woot woot

I just picked up some " Ultimate Nutrition - Muscle Juice, weight gain shit", and was wondering how should i take it, 1 shake in the morning, then shakes both on pre and post workout, or a shakes pre and post workout and 1 before bed, or 1 post workout and 1 before bed, I also just have some normal protein to.

the specs on the weight gainer are w/ milk - 1272cal, 71g protein, 28g fat and 184 carbs and is saying per 4 scoops 500ml of milk, so 4 scoops? thats alot of scoops and would anyone know what 500ml would be equal to like how big of a cup ? need help quick!

4 scoops equals the amount of cals listed. Take 4. I would take the weight gainer once during the day inbetween some meals(preferable before working out) and once before bed.

Heh, I would take it mid day, if you workout at night. Also do you eat dinner after working out late? If so, use regular protein post w/o then eat dinner, wait a few hrs, then dring shake and go to bed. Seems liek a big fukken shak to me! If you want more cals, add some raw eggs

You can divide the 4 scoops into 2 shakes to drink at different times of the day which will add that many calories to your daily intake.

Also, 500 ml equals 16 ounces.

I think those weight gainers are awesome for people that have a super fast metabolism. If I drank that stuff it would probably just bloat me and make me fat.

    Yo!

i was on some weight gainer didn't do much for me and i'm ecto (skinny, fast metabolism), i just felt like it was making me put fat on so i cut it out

i just have protein and a bowl of weetabix now instead, that seems to do the trick, i save the weight gainer just incase i'm out for the whole day and really have no choice, its better than nothing i guess

    peace
