m1-t suggestions
I was on m1-t 2 weeks ago along with 4-ad both were a 2 week cycle. I took 10 ml of m1-t a day. Do you all think that it's ok to stay on it for longer than just 2 weeks?

I do, if you're going to take it you might as well get something out of it!
I like using it for 4 weeks personally.
