    Exclamation kidney support

    what kinds of supplements are good for kidney support. im on a high protein diet and worry about my kids....
    ive heart potassium, magnesium.....

    any of u have anything to add please feel free...

    Drink more water. The more they are flushed, the cleaner they will remain. Thats the only support I know of.

    Yes, water. I don´t know of any preventive medicine. I will look for it though.

    i think cranberry juice is suppose to be good too

    I think that avoiding things that are bad for it helps a lot too.. like, alcohol.
