Whats up guys, I am in the process of creating a diet I need to know what supplements I should be taking.. My history: I am a skinny guy (5.11 aprox 135) who does alot of running and cyclingm but I am quiting and have taken up the gym..
First of all I am taking a multi vit already (always have) 1 in morn and 1 in late afternoon..
Right now I have a 5 meal a day plan... 3 regualr size meals and I use the wg as 2 of my meals.. I have No time to fix 5 meals
I am currently using 1850 w.g I take 1 and a half scoops in the morn (aprox 9 a.m) and another 1 and a half post workout.. For a total of 3 scoops a day at 1850.. I am using it as a mrp, is that a good idea or should i start using an offical mrp?
Post work out I take one serving of L-Glutamine powder
I am thinking of adding in creatine, should i do that? (I work hard)
I basically need a good diet with the right amount of sup's. (i just am too busy to eat 5 real meals a day)
Im thinking of whey protien shakes or mrp's or both...
If you are hard gainer and have a good program let me have it... I just want the perfect combo... I jsut dont want to use every single thing and overloa myself...
