can any one help me on this fat issue?

can any one give me any tips? it feels as though im banging my head against the wall. ive been training now for three years and i love it i like the way my body has transmormed from 10 stone to 12 stone .i have seemed to have hit a plateau i dont want to take roids but i want to gain a bit more muscle and strength but at the same time i need to burn off an inch and half of fat off my lower stomach . my diet is pretty strict i eat around 150 grams of protein a day and dont each much fat .ive read that to gain muscle you need a lot of fat but at the same time i ve read to cut up i need to eliminate the fat this is confusing .i would be very grate ful if some one could spare some advice .

You need a good quality protein not a "lot of fat", are you based in the UK?.
If so look on www.openukonline.com for either Dymatize Elite or VP2 by ast. Feel free to telephone for advice.
If you are turning to the bodybuilding magazines for truthful advice of supplements, you're being ripped from both ends. You’re being lied to from ads that are disguised as articles and you are getting lied to from the ads themselves.

Sounds to me like you should be eating more protein.

As far as fat, you don't need a ton, just a sufficient quantity of EFAs (and especially Omega-3s). I would deem "sufficient" in the 30-50 gram range.
