    Question Different types of Protein

I see 100% whey protein and then I see Isopure protein. What is the difference and which is better if there's a difference. How much grms of Protein should be in a protein supplement 20gs or 50gs cuz I see different brands have more then others.

Whey Protein Concentrate (100%whey)..not completely void of lactose or fat but good....carries flavor well

Whey PRotein Isolate...known as the cadillac of proteins, no carbs or fat assymilates fast

Hydrolyzed Whey...pre digested and repidly absoarbed, doesnt need the liver

Micellar Casein....best and only proven slow release milk protein, best or all milk proteins, but doesnt have the calcium casienate has.

Egg Albumin...great slow release protein, great amino profile

I am kind of latose intolerant, so I think I'll try the Isolate. This brand clams to have 50 gs. of protein Low Carb Isopure 3lb Dutch Chocolate by Nature's Best http://www.advantagesupplements.com/bnatbeslowca.html

Would it be better to take a supplement with 20-25 gs. of protein or the one I posted that has 50gs. of protein?
