    taking vitamins

    im taking vit c ,vit e ,vit b6 and cod liver capsules at the moment is it ok to take them all at once or should i space them out through the day?

    with water soluable vitamins like the C and B's it's better to take several doses through the day (I take 3 doses) cause your body will get rid of any excess. With fat soluable one dose is fine becuase your body can/will store them. Also, if you take an excess amount of fat soluable vitamins they can be toxic if the amounts are high enough.

    It's good to take C, E and B's post training.
