Yea, its not the best thing for ya im sure. I prefer to do it with elk, and deer burger now. Just because you dont know if the store uses turkey or pork in the same grinder as the beef.

Did you guys eat it cold like from the fridge or room temp? I like raw eggs :P

Yeah I would eat it raw straight from the fridge..nice and cold *drool*. LOL I used to also eat raw eggs with chocolate chips. It was pretty good.
