    Is this protein alright for at night?

    the protein im taking right now is GNC's 100% whey concentrate. it says on the label that it has a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein isolate, and Hydrolyzed whey peptides. along with that it has these amino acids:

    Alanine 1550 mg
    Arginine 500 mg
    Aspartate 2300 mg
    Cystine 310 mg
    Glutamate 3290 mg
    Glycine 700 mg
    Histidine 360 mg
    Isoleucine 1240 mg
    Leucine 2300 mg
    Lysine 1770 mg
    Methionine 350 mg
    Phenylalanine 580 mg
    Proline 1380 mg
    Serine 1380 mg
    Threonine 1380 mg
    Tryptophan 40 mg
    Tyrosine 450 mg
    Valine 1330 mg

    Is this an ok protien to take at night as well?

    not really as it is not a true blended protein since it lacks caesin...

    you could use some of that protein and eat some cottage cheese...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    dairy products...but out of all of them cottage cheese is the best
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    OR you can add some fat to the whey you already have to slow digestion...try some flax oil or natty PB.

    And you can add in some fiber. fiber slows the modulation of whey protein(s) or the actual release of amino acids into the portal bloodstream...

    I use syntrax isomatrix with Lo carb milk,glutamine, and udo's oil.

    i use Muscle Milk....the stuff is the bomb.....lots of fats though(however healthy)

    low carb milk ? who makes that ? I've never seen any...

    Yeah...agreed...what the hell is low carb milk...there is no added sugar in milk to begin with...not sure how you can get rid of the natural sugars in it??????????
