    Muscle Milk

I started using this stuff about a month ago....and i really love the taste...

Question is about the fat content....18 grams of fat, but no trans fatty acids....is this ok on a cutting (yet maintaing LBM) cycle....DO these fats replace EFAs? b/c i stopped taking my EFAs.

MCT's are "special" fats. Because of their short chains (16-22 carbon atoms in length) they are metabolized more like carbohydrates with out the related increase in serum glucose or insulin...

so you still need to take your EFA's...
