Avant Labs Comment
As I have stated, Avant took a long time to ship out their new products to me.
Apparently they oversold the heat which caused the delay.
I must say for the record, however, that their customer service people were very friendly and they shipped me out some extra product to compensate for the delay.
All in all I feel that I have been fairly treated by this company and as you all know, that is rare in this business. I will report back on the effects of the product in the near future.

The customs officials and FDA are being buttheads about letting anything into the country.
Most of our raw material shipments are being delayed 2-3 weeks, which is throwing off our entire production schedule. As far as HEAT Stack goes, no sooner did we open this up for sale than it was completely sold out.
I know that doesn't help everyone that ordered and is having to wait, but as Topolo said, we will do out best to make up for it.
The next shipment is large enough to cover many thousands more bottles than the first two supply orders.

Well, to be honest....
TP sends me a list of everyone from IM - I compare this against all orders and make sure I hold all of the IM orders for a few weeks.
He said it is like his own private joke. Go figure.

Customs is a pain in the arse. I deal with them nearly on a daily basis. You can bet if they got a terd sideways, it will make everyone miserable. lolOriginally posted by dsade
