    Nitro-Tech Protein Bars any good?

I just recently bought a box of 12 of these particular protein bars, and it seems like they are pretty good with 35g of protein per serving. Im trying to gain muscle right now and lose a little bit of fat so these bars seemed good, although expensive. There is some creatine mono in these ive heard though, and im not sure if thats a good thing or not. I guess a couple questions for anyone out there..

    1) are these bars any good for muscle gains, fat loss or both?
    2) when should I eat these bars?
    3) If there is a better bar, what is the brand and name?
    4) have you taken these bars, and did they do anything for you?

Thanks for any input guys, my screen name on aim is rapz85 if you want to get at me there.
    Help me help myself

If you need the added protein, calories, etc., yes they will help with mucle gains. You have to be careful of the sugar content if your goal is fat loss.

    2) when should I eat these bars?
Depends what you're using them for. I use bars as meal replacements.

    3) If there is a better bar, what is the brand and name?
There are so many bars on the market that is difficult to answer. I would not buy MuscleTech cause I do not like how that company does business and they're products are way overpriced. Here are some more brands: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?cPath=82

    4) have you taken these bars, and did they do anything for you?
I have bought them individually before at the mall and when I was on vacation looking for some quick food. What do they do for me? Satisfy my hunger!

I wouldn't say all protien bars are " Junk ". I probally use them once in a great while, ( example - Hunting Season ) But NitroTech bars are too sweet, and cost way to much money. A good cheap protien bar is Oddesey Bars. Taste like Detour, alot cheaper.
