NiceGuy I took one bottle worth, for me that was like 18 days. I didn't get any sides from it, but I can't tell if it did anything for me either because I was taking other stuff at the same time (PH). But I don't think it did enough for me to spend my money on it again.

arginine is a potent viral activator. lysine is the opposite. this is one of the reasons, if not the only reason that lysine was added to the arginine & ornithine products in the 80's. That product too was crap.

This action of arginine has been known for at least 2 decades. Certain foods containing high amounts of arginine can or may cause similar effects.

another name for cold sores is herpes I or II depending.

If you are turning to the bodybuilding magazines for truthful advice of supplements, you're being ripped from both ends. You’re being lied to from ads that are disguised as articles and you are getting lied to from the ads themselves.

I don't think NO2 works for everyone, just like creatine doesn't work for everyone either. I don't get much from creatine, while most people love it. Nice Guy I don't think you wasted your money because it may do something for you. Try it and see what happens. From what I can see from other NO2 posts some people hate it, some people really like it. Don't let someones opinion of it stop you. Different strokes for different folks!

this is what fuels the shady supplement industry. the very same thing has been said over the years about
boron, smilax, inosine, gamma-oryzanol and whatever else you want to talk about. until the smoke clears and everyone walks away sheepishly, after telling people that whatever it was worked like magic, there will always be someone trying to get someone else to try a product.

    but, its your money.

if I were you, i would take syntax nectar lemonade flavor, add swole to the list: take a big scoop before your workouts and after your workouts and twice per day on the days that you don't work out. Take the nectar stuff twice per day minimum. But whatever you do, don't take any of those nasty protein bars.

Hey you can't get herpes from it, I think the point Marcus was trying to make is that if you already have herpes you could have more frequent outbreaks. A supplement can't give you herpes.

Marcus I agree that there is a lot of hype out there about supplements. Thats how they sell them. I think your diet is the real miracle. You can't deny that different people respond differently to supplements. I know guys that swear by creatine, and love the results. I am taking Swole V2 and the only thing I can really say I notice is some water retention. Thats it.

He just turned 3 a month ago. "Big Lou" is 75lbs on lean beef. Sick thing is he does nothing all day long. I need to get off my lazy ass and start working him. He would get so huge and cut. His dad is 105lbs if that gives you an idea of his genetic potential. I put his picture there because he looks more like a body builder right now then I do..LOL...damn dog!

How many pills do you have left, and how much do you want for what you have left?

I personally had really good luck with NO2. It shot my recovery time up, and even after a hard squat day, I would never get sore the days to follow well on it. As soon as I went off I would be sore the 2 days after.

I'm just kidding. If it doesn't work, breaking out in cold sores or fever blisters isn't worth it to me.
