Alrite guys just want to see how this sounds. I will be taking orange Swole V2 and vanilla Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein. I plan on mixing them together so I only have to take two shakes a day. I'd take one a few hours before my workout and one after my workout. How soon after my workout is best?How does this sound? Is it safe? Thanks


not sure about Swole, but San V12 recommends 30 minutes before training mixed with water on an empty stomach.
as far as the whey protein, immediately following your work-out is a great time to take it.
