    PHs,...is it time?

I've been looking around and i have been thinking about getting into PHs. About 2 months ago i did a small cycle of twin labs Andro Nitrate3. I noticed good gains on it. Since then i have been getting on lifting and supplement forums and alot of people don't think it's a good idea to use PHs until you are 21. I am almost 20 right now. I lift 5 days a week and lift pretty hard, i eat quite abit and take 3-4 protien shakes throughout the day. But for the last month i haven't noticed hardly any gains. Should i use some PHs or should i stick it out awhile. If i should wait then what would be some good Non-PH supplement combos to take, I've heard good things about V12. Please give some thoughts and ideas. Thanks.
