dont take that much chromium on an empty stomach without ample carbs.
im a Kinesiology major graduating in Dec
going to gradschool in 2005 and becoming CSCS certified
alot of trial and error with these stacks but im getting down to 5% bodyfat by July
the stack works (the pyruvate increases work capacity) so you work a little harder in the gym
right now I strength train (no bodybuilding) all of my muscles are functional)
