    Methyl 1-Test Chemical compound differences

I've done some reading and im finding that all of these Methyl 1-test products have different chemical compounds. The one I have now consists of 17 B-Hydroxy-17 a-methyl-1-en-3-one. As i look at other Methyl 1-test products i find slight differences. Im wondering what these differences are, and if my product, or another product is superior.

I don't think there is any difference.

I believe there are different ways of expressing the same compound, but not positive without looking at the two bottles.
