mikey - they are another option for natural bodybuilders. They are basically a natrual source of B12 and some other things. I used them quite a lot at an important part of my training. I can not say definatively that they were better or not than a mega multi. I used a Beverly International product. They claim theirs is the highest available quality available and are like 4x as potent than any alternative. They also site some interesting studies about how rats on a standard diet were tossed into a pool of water and they all drowned due to exhaustion in 10 minutes or so. The rats fed on a high liver formula were found alive a day later and did not appear to be exhaused at all. Assuming it wasn't intestinal gas that was giving them the edge it sounded like there might be other factors in the tablets that permit the body to manage energy utilization better.

I've heard there alright. No better than Amino Acid Pills or something. Some people swear by them.

search them on animalpak.com -- the people there seem to like 'em alot.

Here is a link to some info on the liver tablets I have tried: http://www.beverlyinternational.com/...s/ultra40.html

Don't buy at this site though since they are pretty expensive at retail. Ifast400 sells em at a fair price: http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=435
