Lightbulb Trac creatine and arginine

I have another question about arginine.
I was looking at TRAC creatine and it has 4 grams or L-Arginine and 600 mg or L-Lysine. Has anybody heard about negative side effects using this? Isn't arginine what gives NO2 its negative side effects?

High doses of L-Arginine can cause like lower back pain, or something to do with the spine. I've read it somewhere...

there is at least 2 theads on this board alone that has mentioned side effects of NO2 NOS or whatever. it is possible and in fact highly likely that this particular supplement REACTIVATES herpes / cold sores in those people who are afflicted with this particular virus. Arginine has long been known to be a potent viral activator whereas lysine is a viral inhibitor. it is postulated that the herpes virus uses arginine as one of it's growth activators ; it is the rate limiting amino acid in this process.

it does not GIVE you herpes. it simply reactivates the infection.
