You could do two different body parts in a day, but I don't like it. I feel your entire effort and focus needs to go toward 1 part a day. I would still not workout but 1 bodypart a week.
Has anyone done 2 workouts a day while on a PH stack like 1 ad/4 ad? How much will it enhance recovery time?

PH help with recovery, but chances are you train enough going only once a day. Most people probably over train most of the time and using the PH will help recover better. PH are not steroids. People that workout twice a day and not over training are most likely on juice, and eating 6-9k calories a day to support the growth and recovery of their bodies.
