NHF is a big line up here in Canada. I've just started my cut, so I'm switching to this, their sugar-free creatine supp which apparently helps boost absorbtion without carb triggers. Yes, I know, it's not as effective as dextrose, but I'm going to cut damnit, I don't need GI spikes. So - is this stuff safe for cutting? Good in a PWO shake? And lastly - I love coffee. I also love good beer, but since I started lifting a couple of years ago, I gave up the beer and just drink coffee. I've never really asked, but does drinking caffeinated coffee eliminate the effectiveness of creatine? My logic says it would, but I could be wrong. I generally have 3 to 4 cups a day, sometimes within the expanse of 2 hours. If it means its wasting my creatine money though, I'll have to switch to decaf eh? Thanks ![]() |

Not sure how many servings total.
I'm a creatine "non-responder". Or at least a very poor one. The high-Gi spiking version of this product is the only one I ever found that was able to produce any effect on me. I thought by manner of deduction that this product while cutting would be better than regular monohydrate, which never did jack all for me ![]() |

No one's probably heard of it, but hey, I was just wondering if it looked decent to you people...
and as to caffeinne negating the effects of creatine - true or false? I can't recall reading a definitive answer around here. Cheers. |

Acid of caffeine is too strong.
Creatine monohydrate -> creatinine Creatinine is bad for health. Caffeine & creatine are consume a lot of magnesium. taking coffee -> 8 hours (caffeine off) -> taking creatine That's OK. Last edited by Muscle Master : 05-06-2004 at 12:25 PM. |

Muscle master, I don't follow at all. heh.
Can I drink my java or is going to ruin the creatine absorbtion and/or maintaining it in the muscles? Do you mean there should be 8 hours between drinking coffee and taking creatine? I'm just confused now |

creatinine is NOT bad for health. it has no effect on humans. rather it is used as an indicator of kidney health status.

Creatinine damege kidney.
Check your blood at hospital. Taking creatine -> high concentration of Creatinine in blood. Doctor will ask you some question. That's all. |
