    Chest fat supplements?

I have heard people talking about these all over the forum, and discussing the great results they have had. If I could do anything it would be to get rid of this stubborn chest fat. What do you guys use? Lipoderm? And how does it work? Is it safe for a 17 year old? Thanks Pat

If it's soft pinchable fat around your nipple area you are trying to get rid of--try Lipoderm Ultra

The thing about this, though, was when I was doing this, I was applying it all over my chest, including my nipples, and after a couple of weeks, my nipples were starting to dry out and they actually started to sting :\

So I finished my bottle on my stomach and sides..and relying on a cutting diet and HIIT every night to get rid of the fat.

I might have to try with the Lipoderm ultra again on my chest..but I'm gonna have to make sure I don't get any on my nipples

Estimate #1 based on height and weight
Your "Ponderal Index" is 11.91 which gives an estimated body fat of 35.6% (85.4 pounds of fat)

Estimate #2 based on waist size and weight
Estimated body fat of 16.5% (39.6 pounds of fat)

My legs have like no fat on them and are built up its just my stomach and my chest, eeek.... can you help?

Go to a gym to take the accurate value.
IMO you should diet first, go through a cutting phase. Post your diet in the "Diet forum".

So lets say this stuff works and the chest fat goes down considerably.

If you stop using it, does the fat come back?
Does it just dry up water retention or does it actually destroy fat cells?

It reduces fat cells, it does not destroy them.

So if you gain back the fat (due to diet) then it will come back. Conversely, if you do not gain back the fat (due to diet) it will not come back.

In other words, while effective, they are not magical.

the ponderal index and BMI are useless for determing body fat percentage as they do not account for LBM...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
