    Question m-1-t

    what would be good to stake with m-1-t ? just want to know everyones thoughts.

    4ad is excellent to stack with m1t. i ran a 4 week m1t 4ad stack, and gained 15 pounds. Strength went up like crazy also. And i only lost about 2 pounds after i finished PCT.

    you are eating steak and taking m1t? try a salad and mashed potatoes I think that would go well with it.

    I am using it also with 4ad. And am also taking Beeverly International Ultra 40 liver tabs [about 20 a day spaced out with my meals] and swole v2 with it.

    I did 2 weeks of M1T 15 mg a day and it did nothing for me...
    I wasn't very impressed with my results (none).

    Im really tired of looking at this 2 week cycles, I think the minimum cycle for M1T should be 3 weeks if taken alone.

    I would go futher by using 5mg of M1T for 6 weeks staked with 4AD.

    I did 1 cycle for 3 weeks @ 5mg and gained 10lbs,

    Affter that I did a 2 week cycle using 10mg and gained 5lbs and not much strength.

    4 weeks of 1-test gained me 12 lbs.
    and no sides...

    Affter the 2 week M1T cycle my blood tests showed high liver enzymes and low HDL levels (24!!)

    My next cycle will be a 1-test + 1,4 Andro + 4AD 4 week first 2 w/liquid clen and first 2 of PCT w/ clen ...

    Hope to get 10lbs lean.

    I am really tired of reading posts about people taking 5mg's of M1T. Damn you must have to weigh 100 pounds and 5 feet tall for 5mg to do a damn thing to you. I've been taking 15mg of M1T for 2 weeks now going on 3 and still have not noticed much of anything.

    Now how long from the time you stopped taking M1T from the time you had your blood test? Naturally if it was within a short time of taking M1T your liver enzymes would be elevated. I would wait at least 3 months before taking the test to get a more accurate account of the condition of your liver.

    im 178lbs 10%bf 5'7"

    Im surprised that you are not getting any gains out of M1T, I used the highpower brand from bb.com and the 2nd day of my 2nd M1T cycle I had to make an incline dumbell press with 80lb for 8 reps...the week before I used a 65lb dumbell.

    I did the tests after my 4 week PCT and what concerned me more was the low HDL levels that can relate to a heart problem.

    One very important thing is that in my first cycle I took Liv.52 and my enzymes were normal after PCT on the 2 week cycle I only took Milk Thisle. I just ordered 2 more bottles of Liv.52 the stuff seems to work great.

    I am 225 6'1" and not sure of bodyfat... but it is high I know.

    Had you recently had your liver and HDL levels tested prior to your cycle? Are you a drinker? Do you eat clean? Could your HDL levels been low prior to the cycle? I know that by taking your test that soon after your cycle I would say that it is normal for your levels to be out of wack. How can you expect a stable reading directly after taking your cycle? With me, all I been taking is Milk Thistle. I take 2 pills with each 5mg of M1T that I take. I take 3 pills of M1T (15mg) daily so I am taking 6 milk thistle pills during that course of the day. One thing is that everyone has emphasized that M1T is harsh on your liver. So in light of that you can expect an elevated reading. Try taking the test again in 6 months. I'm sure everything will be fine then.

    Also since you are concerned about your HDL and liver from your cycle, why would you recommend people go 3 weeks instead of just 2?

    As I said before my 3 week M1T cycle had no bad readings after a blood test (I do the blood tests just after the PCT)

    The 2 week "high" dose M1T cycle was the one that leaded to the bad blood levels...and I didnt get much gains.

    My partner is currently using 5mg and now at his 4th week he made 11lbs , I think that he could do an extra 2 weeks , he is also using 4-ad transdermal.

    I think that 2 weeks do no t give enough time for the receptors to benefit from the higher test production.

    Even with the real stuff cycles are a minimum of 4 weeks. But personally I have seen similar results by using M1T than using a Deca only cycle.

    Well that is interesting that you seen gains from just 5mg.
    I think it depends on the person and their size. That means a lot.
    It's like drinking alcohol, a large guy can consume twice that of a smaller person with the same affect. For me, I wouldn't take less than 10mg. But after jumping on the scale today I found that I gained almost 10 pounds within 2 weeks. I started at 224lbs and now I am 231. So I guess the M1T is really working.

    I think it all depends on your tolerance for sides, your PH/AAS experience, and your training.

    I try to get the most benefit from the least amount of substance. Would I blow up on 20mg M1T? Probably I would. But I did 5mg ED for two weeks, and I gained 3-4 pounds of pure muscle (in calorie deficit), 10% on my lifts, and kept sides and choles problems/liver damage low. Very happy with this, and I don't see a need to go any higher than 10mg, for me.

    This has been an ongoing argument-->which is better--low dose/long time vs. higher dose/shorter time.

    A lot of people have seen good results from 5mg, that's a fact. I weigh 200, and got results.

    I've read SuperSoldier's threads over at Anabolicminds, and the massive drop in HDL cholesterol is not cool (he was on 15-20mg). I think this is exacerbated by the amount of M1T, not the length of the cycle. Maze's experience backs this up. I'm not willing to wreck my cholestrol levels for 6 months just for two weeks of M1T.

    Also, taking 6 pills of Milk Thistle a day might be one of the reasons you need 15mg. of M1T to see gains. There has been discussion of this in the past. The action of the MIlk Thistle may interfere with the M1T.

    While it works great for most, there are a few people who have not reported much in the way of gains on M1T, and who don't like it.

    I had my cholesterol and liver enyzmes checked 3 weeks after a 4 week M1T cycle (20mg ed 1st week, 30mg ed weeks 2-4) and my HDL was 44. The year prior, and before I used any 'supplements' it was 49. My liver enzymes were all within the normal range. On another m1t cycle, again 4 weeks 30mg, 4 weeks after my AST was slightly elevated (cholesterol wasn't checked).

    Just goes to show everyone is different and you need to have these tests done after pct to see how your body reacts.

    Yo Randy! For me, the first two weeks on M1t shows the most weight gain, with little strength gain. The next two weeks is where my strength really increases, yet weight levels out...

    After I figured this out, I have always preferred 4 week cycles with the m1t.

    Thank You. You have both provided very helpful information. This is the kind of information that people need to hear. None of the speculation bs, but the real true reactions and testimonies from people that have actually gone through cycles and tried various combinations.

    I took 10mg the first day and then jumped to 15mg for the length of 2 weeks.. Now after feeling results I have dropped back down to 10mg. Since my original plan was just to run with a 2 week cycle, I am now think I will just drop to 5mg to be on the safe side and run the full 4 week cycle. This way I hope to see more of the strength side as Jersey Devil Pointed out. Either that or I can run with 10mg... (Not Sure).

    One thing that I really like about this stuff, whether it is coming from the M1T the 4AD or both... Is the energy I feel. It is hard to describe. It is a feeling that I want to grit my teeth down and rip up the weights .. Hard to describe, but that feeling was non existant prior to taking the M1T/4AD.

    Oh and Brodus... Your point about Milk Thistle interfering with your progress of M1T. That is the first I heard of that. Since Thistle is an herb to condition your liver, I can't see how it would interfere with your progress of taking M1T. Does anyone have any facts to support that theory?

    Damn--I'm so thinking I should have gone ahead with the 4AD stack, but I was trying to cut...sounds like the 4 AD (test) really balances out the negative effects of M1T, as everyone states. The energy you describe is non-existent for me on my cycle. I can move a lot more weight, I am bigger and heavier, but I feel like crap after ten minutes. M1T definitely works, but it's true, harsh sides, especially w/o 4AD. I'll never go solo with it again.

    This was the quote I was referring to, originally by Prolangtum:

    A Word About Liver Protectants

    A lot of people have been using liver protectant supplements such as Silymarin and NAC to help protect their liver from damage when using methylated compounds. However, I feel that this is a bad idea. When you use compounds that increase gluthione levels in the liver, it will increase the breakdown of oral drugs, making them less effective. Although increasing liver enzymes is good for your liver, it is bad for any drugs you want to take and allow them to pass through your liver unabated. A better idea would be to use liver protectant supplements before and after a cycle to help your liver rebuild its enzymes after they have been damaged by methylated compounds.

    I have no idea if using liver protectants on a cycle will inhibit gains in any significant degree, but it could. Keep that in mind when planning your cycle
    This may just be a crock, I don't know--I am just curious, and trying to figure out why you didn't see much in the way of gains @ 15mg.

    Since M1T is new, it's hard to find a study on specifically M1T and Milk Thistle.

    BTW--> My next cycle and log is going to be 1-Test Undeconate (oral solution from Black Star Labs) and 4ad Transdermal. If the BSL 1TU solution is good, we'll have a real winner, as the price is very low.

    When I said the M1T wasn't working I think I just jumped the gun. I said that before I weighed myself. The reason I didn't think it was working was I wasn't seeing a huge increase in strength gain (seemed same as prior to taking M1T). But after weighing myself (wholley cows) I didn't realized I gained over 10 pounds in just 2 weeks. Now I'm moving to my 3rd week and will see if my strength gains increase. It seems like they are.. I am up to 270 again on the bench after sluffing off for awhile. My goal is to surpass the 300 mark. 30 lbs to deal with in 2 more weeks.

    And Yes, I think the Milk Thistle rumor is bogus.

    Lastly....Most definatley the 4AD works.. And I am only doing 6 sprays a day after my shower. It says you can do that twice a day. I'm only doing it once and works great. Seems to last a long time too. I am going on 3 weeks and still have about a good 1/4 bottle left or more.

    According to posts I've seen and blood test results r-ala really helps with the liver enzymes while on a methyl cycle.

    What is "R-ALA?" To many products.... hard to keep up with all of them I use the ole Milk Thistle.... Haven't been tested yet so I don't yet know the toll M1T has placed on my liver yet. I will try to test 3 months after cycle. I am hoping by then I should be clear of any liver enzyme elevation.
