    Hey Jen,

I LOVE IT!! The fruit punch flavor is the best. Unless you like a bitter flavor then go with the grape. They both work the same its just taste preference.

I use it to workout and somedays I use it when I'm on graveyard shift to give me that additional kick in the shorts to help me complete my shift (like right now). It takes atleast for me 15 min to kick in and lasts awhile. I've never noticed any crash whatsoever. I give it

    Thanks!!

P.S. WOW after all this time you have answered all of my questions I can finally return the favor. Just got to answer about a million more and we're even

I didn't notice any difference at first because I think I was just overtired. Then after a week I noticed a nice increase in awareness and energy. I just ordered 2 more as a matter of fact because I can't use stimulants for my contest prep.

    Have fun!!

Good stuff. Its a low caffiene dose for the punch it gives, which is nice.

I personally really like it. Never tried grape, but I think I'll stick with the fruit punch.

I need to put in a BSL order and was considering this. However, I'm still waiting for the cherry and apple flavoring to come back in stock before I put my order in though.

How long are you guys finding the "GO effect" lasts? I tried a homemade version yesterday, and it only seemed to last for ~30 minutes.
