    Question Impact Nutrition Litigation Settlement?

I got something in the mail today saying that this group of attorneys has a pending class action suit against impact nutrition. Has anyone heard about this or has received this paperwork? I don't use their garbage, but somehow I got this.

someone was not-exactly-shilling-but- attempting -to-promote that shit on the boards here not so long ago. but no one fell for it. all supplement companies end up gettting sued at one time ( or more ) in the lifetime of the company. The reason being is that the products don't 'work' in the sense that the advertisements ( and the shills and hucksters ) would have you believe..

I just thought it was funny cause when you read their advertisments they are basically saying their products are like real gear. They even have all the cute little names that sound similar to the real deals. How lame, and not to mention they are WAY over priced. You can get more of the real stuff for what they are asking for some herbs in a capsule.

for those that don't know- the EAS law suit was over andro. EAS claimed that it worked just as steroids do.
    the suit was two pronged:
    1. it didn't work at all let alone anything remotely like steroids
    2. if it was a steroid or steroid like in it's effects, it was illegal to sell

anyone who kept their receipt would be entitled to their money back. Apparently EAS was charging 60 USD for this stuff. a little over the market value....

Thats basically what Impact is going to have to do according to this paper I got in the mail. It says if you have even just the empty bottles no receipt needed and you can get your money back.
