The place we recommend most is
    BULK NUTRITION

As for what are best, you can read the reviews and use your own judgement. You would receive so many different answers here since there are a number of good products out there. If you were more specific, we could provide a more specific answer.

If you want a name brand like you say Twin Labs make excellent products, but you pay the price. The vitamins I buy are usually from my local healthfood store. Again I pay probably a bit more, but I get vitamins that are reputable and dissolve well. I usually try to buy softgels verses tablets. If I buy tablets then I test them in water before hand. I've had some in the past that did not dissolve well.

As far as a referal for someone doing mail order, the only one I have experience with is Bulk Nutrician www.bulknutrition.com as I provided already and one other is www.dpsnutrition.net . Both of those are frequently referred from Iron Magazine.

    nR...

Can't you buy Deca and most popular steroids at all your popular liquor stores there in Mexico ? I know people who have been there and told me all the things you can buy there.

I've never been to Mexico in my life. Would like to go someday though.

as far as multis go, they are good but i believe in a complete nutritional diet, which shouldnt be neglected and then compensated by synthetics !!!
