    Mass wanted..

I have been lifting for about 5 months now, and I'm starting to see some good gains. When I started I weighed in at 220. After 2 months I dropped to 208, and since then have put on about 10 pounds of mass. I only use ammino accids, and whey shakes. I do'nt know alot about supplements,a nd need some suggestions about what to take to put on mass fast. Thanks for your time.

If you put on 10 lbs of LBW in 3 months, then don't change a thing.

The best mass gainer is food. Eat clean, and shoot for 1.25-1.5 grams of protein daily times your BW. So at your weight about 275-330 grams a day. Try to get the protein from eggs, lean meats, fish and don't rely solely on protein shakes.

for supplements you could try using some Glutamine to help aid in workout recovery, and maybe some creatine. Creatine doesn't have a super effect on everyone so you'll have to try it for yourself to see if you gain from it.
