I do train- but it takes so long to get any where- and when you see guys at the gym shooting up all the time- and the smaller guys are getting bigger- it just p/me off !!! Esp Jay Cutler out here in Vegas- tells me all the time that I'll never get big if I don't shoot- I see all the side effects in books and stuff- But I just thought supplements would be a better route to take

I find it very hard to believe that Jay would say something like that to a young kid.

I believe that you work-out at the same gym, and that you have spoken to him, but I find it hard to believe that a pro bodybuilder would openly talk about drugs to a 20 year old. especially with the way things are right now, the DEA is all over bodybuilding and busting pros for steroid use.

unless Jay is dumber than a rock....

First of all bodybuilders would not talk openly about steroid use with a 20 year old kid or with anyone!!! They just don't talk about that stuff.

Second, if you are getting advice from Jay Cutler on what to use then why the hell are you asking us what to take?? If you want to use gear there is probably no better person to ask then him.

Third, there are no short cuts. Don't cheat yourself. I am more impressed with someone that doesn't use that stuff and can build a solid physique with what they have. Also, at you age you shouldn't need that stuff to put on size. Your test levels are ragging.

Sorry- I was asking you guys cause I don't agree with Mr. Cutler-
and using juice- and he talks like that all the time- come on down somtimes and see for yourself- most of the time its a group of us that he talks to - about his training and what he does before he competes---- just wanted to know what legal stff out there is good- just to give me a boost- I'm trying hard on just eating- training- and creatine and aminos- just thought I would ask for any thing else I can do - I still have 50-more lbs to put on----
I did'nt mean to piss any one off-

Wow dude thats pretty sweet training and talking to Jay Cutler. Pretty kick ass if you ask me, even if he does say dumb shit.

Well to answer your question if you arent going to get into any kind of drugs legal or not. Other stuff you should fucos on is prefect bulking diet, so that you gain 1-2 pounds a week. Then supps like creatine, BCAA, Glutamine will all help for energy and recovery. Since you are doing it the natural way there are no short cuts, and it just takes time. So make sure you make everything you do counts to minimize that time.

Between the perfect routine for you, the perfect diet for you, the right supps, and TIME you will be at your goal sooner than I can say No way Jay Cutler shoots up non the less talks about steroids that openly
