I seen that a couple months ago many posted about stacking these 2 together......i just seen the thread the other day.....always wanted to give swole v2 a shot just wanted to know if its worth it........trying to gain some mass but not too much im already decently lean and pretty cut up 5'10 175 7.5%bf.....anyone with input or info on how any of these products worked out?
I haven't had much success with nitrious I think your better off saving your money and just going with the swole.
Also Sans v12 is an excellent product, it kinda makes for an opinion war on which is better - but I think you should see decent results from each - both being high quality creatine products.
ive heard from people that swole is better then the v12.........might just be different for different people i was just wondering if anof the products listed are worth it......tryin to make gains.....or should i just stay natural and pick up on the eating
for most people a good protein powder and a creatine product that works for you is enough.
I think everyone should start out with plain monohydrate taken with grape juice - if you get no gains from that move to a v2/v12 product (a bunch of good ones out there).
