    Question Fish Oil

Can Someone please help me with this?!!! What does Fish Oil do? Why take it? Is it a replacement of fish??? I know all this may sound dumb, but I wanted to know why everyone else takes it. What is EPA,DHA ? And Omega 3. Thanks for all my questions.

Try not to rely on fish oil supplements exclusively, you should still eat fish. Just be careful not to eat too much farmed fish because there have been concerns about high levels of heavy metals/PCBs recently.

Here's a link to Healthnotes info on the benefits of fish oil.

I can't argue with that! But how can you turn down a juicy salmon steak or sushi?
