Shipping method about ordering the supplement...
Hello..
I do not live at USA but now I will order supplement from the 1fast400 webiste to my friend who live at usa. Now, I have another problem is that I do not know what different between the UPS and USP So, what the different between these two shipping method and which one is reliable? I really do not want to bother my friend (because I do not know him much but he kind enough to take the 25 pound of supplement for me) So, I would like to know that does US Postal Service Ground will delivery the product to his home or he must go to post office to take it back my himself. The second method should be very nightmare for me. because that'll cause too much trouble for my friend. need help badly. (I still cannot order supplement yet for 2 months, now..) |

Both UPS and USPS will deliver the package straight to your friends house. As to which is better they both should get the job done. UPS is a private company that delivers packages and the USPS is our governments mail system. Either way I would say both are pretty reliable and you shouldnt have a problem with either one.

Thanks very much RobDMB
So, the conclusion is that ... choose the one that cheaper, right? Last question, please. Does it have an additional charge which not indicate in the 1fast400 website ? I afraid that the postman knock my friend home's door and charge him.. I'm really worry about it.. However, I need supplement badly.. ^_^ I never ate whey in my life. |

Yeah I would probably just go with the cheapest option especially if you can wait a few extra days. And no there will be no additional charge. The shipping charge you pay on the website is the only charge you have to pay. -Rob
