    H.e.a.t ???

    Hello....

Can anyone tell me if H.E.A.T is really a potent fat burner or is it just appetite suppression??

From what I read...it seems to me it’s not really a good product to take if you want to lose weight.

    Thanks.

That is far from correct. H.E.A.T. Stack is designed first and foremost, as a fat loss agent. Ancillary effects are appetite suppression and positive effects on leptin expression.

Some folks report stimulant effects, but it is not designed for that, and such will be mild at best, in my opinion. We may at some point tweak the formula for pre-workout stimulant effects, but that is down the road.

I've only been using it for a few weeks so the jury is still out, but so far I think it's working well. I haven't noticed the appetite suppresion but I seem to have busted through a plateau. After being stuck in a rut for about 3-4 weeks I seem to have dropped at least a full percentage point since I started it. Nothing else in my workout/diet has changed.

BTW, I'm extremely sensitive to caffeine. I had a quarter of a cup of coffee the other day at 2pm and didn't sleep well that night. So HEAT is right up my alley. I've taken 3 caps @ 3pm and had no sleep problems. I'm sure I could try later in the day but I'm a chicken, I hate not sleeping
