methyl-dien + ephedrine + lipo-6
Guys!
I need little help.....i'm 90 kg, 180 cm, BF unknown...... I have 2 bottles of methyl-dien, 2 bottles of vasopro ephedrine nad 2 bottles of lipo-6.... I have trouble with timing schedule so i'm asking you guys to help me.... When to take MD when lipo-6+ephedrine stack? Should i start with 3mg of MD or 5mg from the start? What kind of training routine while on MD? Please help |
