Recommendations for Protein to be taken before bed...

I some times eat about half a cup of cottage cheese before bed along with a protein shake. I use the standard ON 100% whey. I just need something that'll digest slower so I'm not hungry when I wake up.
    Thanks!!

Yeah, I love cottage cheese. Try taking some EFA's to slow down the digestion if you don't want to invest in some " PM Protien Blends "

CC and PB are awesome together!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I have a scoop of micellar casein/whey protein an hour or so before bed which delivers 20 grams of protein when mixed with water. I also occassionally take this with fat free cottage cheese.

    CC is disgusting

I literally have to put the spoon in the back of my mouth and dump it down my throat to avoid wretching. Thats 1% CC, though, with no added fat/sweetener. :/

    HI,

I was wondering what you guys mean when you say "half a cup" of cottage cheese. As far as I know out here we get cottage cheese in circular cakes about an inch thick. Just wondering

    Thanks
