    Guaf overdose?

I want to move from 3 vasopro to 4 a day... I'm not worried about the extra ephedrine but I'm concerned the extra guaf decongestant will kill me... any thoughts or anyone have any experience?

Also... I read something about lowering my dosage of caffeine... and was curious do you need to take caffeine with every dosage of ephedrine? or can you dose ephedrine 4 times a day and caffeine once?

5 weeks exact till i leave for Hawaii and need to drop at least 5 pounds, would like to drop 7...

Do you think adding Yohimbine HCL to my stack rather than upping the ephedrine dosage(which i haven't been on in 5 weeks and just started today) would be more effective? The fat I would like to lose is mostly around my midsection...

The guaf is just an expectorant (makes it easier to hack phlegm up), the ephedrine is the decongestant.

I cant see a problem with you taking it 4 times a day. The guaf may make you a bit nauseous, though.

With 5 weeks to lose 5 pounds, why not just go on a mild diet? Shit, you could lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks without any ephedrine.

You don't HAVE to take the caffiene with the ephedrine. I'd say if you're gonna do it, take the caffeine with the 1st and 3rd dose. Or maybe 1st & 2nd if it'll mess up your sleep.

Do you have experience with Yohimbine HCL?

You seem to store fat very similar to me from your pics, you don't really hold it anywhere except right at the very bottom of the abdomen, correct?

If I were you, I would either stay at 3 times a day with the E and C or I would slowly add the Y, preferrably in topical form. I would imagine you would get a shitty nights sleep if you took an extra dose of ephedrine and you may not handle the E C and Y combo well.

Personally, i found that Absolved helped my lower abdomen moreso than Y to be completely honest, especially on E and C.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

yeah, that's exactly right dale, lower abdomen... I didn't respond very well to absolved... I did respond pretty well to lipoderm ultra...i ordered another bottle of that last night... I think I'm going to try cutting the caffeine pills in 2 parts (100mg each) and take one piece morning and at lunch... and do the lipoderm ultra in the morning and at night...

I'll post some before and afters a few days before i leave on my trip...

Not to change the subject but this seems to be a good place to interject....

Has anyone ever heard of and/or used Brigham Tea? Would this product have a similar effect and could it be used for weight loss?

    You thoughts?

Guiafenesin probably won't kill you, but if you can get your hands on Ephedrine HCL w/o guaifenisin (it is possible), you should do it.

There have been many threads on many boards on bad sides and problems related w/ guiafenesin.

I don't know about you, but I don't like taking nearly a GRAM of something I don't need for a condition I don't have. In case you didn't know, this is added to Ephedrine HCL specifically to increase bad sides in users who are only trying to get the "speed" effect off it. It's part of the government's move to limit raw material availability for meth.

    Read this:

    http://www.drumlib.com/dp/000015.htm

You can get the straight Ephedrine HCL for nearly the same price as Vasopro, but it takes the right person to say this in order for anyone in the good old boys club to take notice.

I've posted links to Guiafensin-free Ephedrine HCL and sulphate in the past, but was chastised by board members for doing so.
