just wanna say I've cut my dosage of caffeine (from all sources) to just 100mg morning and afternoon with 1 vasopro 3 times a day... I have enjoyed this mix the best... I'm losing weight and the headaches are less and sleeping is much easier...
There are some studies that show that per 25mg of ephedrine 200mg of caffeine isn't the optimal dosage... if you look over on the Avant forums... they have an interesting thread...
i'd say it's best dividing your caffeine dose by a third... from 600mg a day to 200mg a day... watch for other caffeine in your diet too... I love being able to go to sleep within a few mins of laying down...
Yeah, I never take more than 100mg of Caffeine at a time-->I find it's what brings on the anxiety, tightness in chest, tremors, irritability, etc. That's probably why my favorite old school thermos weren't laden with extra caffeine.
this is interesting, just look at the dosage of Caffein in one Stacker 3..250mg and 25mg of Ephedra..i take one stacker and then another like 1 hour later. this makes me have so much energy when im working (construction)..2 or 3 hours later i do the same but never after 4pm..cause i want to sleep!! and never within 4 hours of working out..mosntly never on days im working out at all..Stimulatsn like Caffeine will dehydrate you and when you work out almost instantly your cells are dehydrated..thats one reason many people take creatine..it builds up your cells with water.making them have more endurance..
Hey Mayo, can you link the Avant thread over here? Searched all over Avant last night and could NOT find anything that had to do with optimal dosing of caffeine in an EC stack..
Cut my 200mg caffeine pill in half this morning, so I took 100mg caffeine, 1 vasopro, and 1 YohimbineHCL (2.5mg cap from 1fast400)
that's the exact dosage I use as well, with the pill split in half... and I don't take it with the evening dose... usually doing something competitive in the evenings and don't need to be too dehydrated... I looked on avant too for that thread... I swear it's there though... I'm going to look for it in a couple mins and see if i can find it... had some really good info...
