    methyl-dien 6 weeks cycle - cutting

    hi guys!

    I finished my first week of MD at 5mg a day 2gether with 3x25mg vasopro and 3xlipo-6 because i'm trying to lose some BF.

    First two days on MD was little freaky because i hardly fall asleep but now it's ok. I know that MD will show his real side after 2> week and i hardly wait.
    ABout my appetite, i saw some are complaining their apetite increased but in my case vasopro is doing great job....i must force myself to eat . 3 lbs are down since i started

    I'm taking 200+ grams of protein (4 -5 shakes and from food)
    milk thistle 2x175mg
    NAC 2x600mg
    multivitamin
    fish-oil

    now i have some questions ( i hope i'll get some answers)

    1. is 6 weeks too much to cycle MD?
    2. Will i get some leand muscle mass with MD while cutting and dieting?
    3. i try to do high volume training (thanx to Loki) but some guidlines will be great
    what is the best routine for me to do?
    4. is NAC and milk thistle enough at those mg to protec my liver?
    5. is HIIT 2 times a week enough to lose BF i need?

    here is my routine:

    monday: chest/biceps/abs
    tuesday: legs
    wednesday: back/triceps/abs
    thursday: HIIT
    friday: shoulders/abs and any muslce group i didn't do right in previos days
    saturday: HIIT
    sunday: off or should it be HIIT?

    now here is my stats: (i'm from Croatia so i don't know any inches and lbs)

    28 years
    180 cm
    92 kg - now 90

    here is what i eat troughout the day:

    8:00am protein shake
    10:00 some fruit
    12:00 protein shake
    02:00 lunch - tuna, chicken, turkey+vegies+olive oil
    04:00 gym
    05:30 protein shake + liquid amino
    07:00 dinner - cottage cheese or tuina or egg whites or some leftovers from lunch
    09:00 protein shake
    11:30 also protein shake - when i'm in the mood

    any advices are welcome, please - help me

    Hello Franula! Welcome to Iron Magazine forums. How's the weather in Coratia?

    Six weeks is fine, provided you have your PCT lined up. Don't wait to purchase it half way through the cycle--a ban is coming up and might make ordering things difficult. Or maybe you don't have this problem in Europe?

    If you weigh 180+ pounds (90kgs x 2.2, yes?), you should be getting a lot more protein, like around 300 grams.

    NAC and Milk Thistle are good. I would add R-ALA or a tablespoon of Flax Oil per day. This has been shown to be very good for liver protection.

    HIIT is good-->but you don't state how much weight/Bodyfat you intend to lose, so it's hard to say if you'll accomplish your goals : ) Taking all of that lipo 6/ephedrine for 6 weeks and working out 6 days a week, though, is going to drop BF quickly.

    You won't gain any muscle on 3 lipo 6 and 3 ephedrine per day while in calorie restriction. You're just not getting enough food to see any muscle gain. Most likely, the MD will allow you to hold onto what you have, though, and you'll probably see increases in strength and vascularity.

    I would trade a shake or two for a nutrient dense whole food meal. My opinion is you're eating way too little to see any LBM gain. It's very difficult to cut and gain at the same time.

    Also, keep an eye on your blood pressure-->you're taking a lot of speed and androgens.

    weather is rainy here......

    I have 2 bottles of 6-OXO standing by for pct. I didn't measure my BF but i think taht 3-5 kilos to lose would be great. Can you comment my training routine? is it ok? What whole meal i must eat?

    Problem is that i can't find R-ALA here in Croatia....i'll check my blodd pressure but i think it's ok

    Try to get Flax Seed Oil. That has a ton of ALA in it.

    Your workout looks fine. Just stick to it and evaluate it after three-four weeks. I might throw one of your HIT days in the mix earlier, to break up the heavy CNS taxation that will occur from doing chest-legs-back (unless you've got a lot of experience training and this works for you).

    Oh, and what rep range/volume are we talking here? How many sets, how many reps, how many exercises per group, how long in the gym?

    on bulknutrition forum soem people told me to to 4 excersises per muscle group, 8-10 reps range in 4 sets and do it little heavier, with 60-90 seconds rest..

    when i asked why should i do it like that they told me because my recovery time will be almost 0. So if i do chest on mondayand i recover and see that i can do chest again can i do it on thursday maybe?

    With this routine i gained 25 lbs....some muscle some fat while i was on 1-AD 4 months ago...strenght was awesome i was lifting 297 lbs 12 times on benchpress!

    I really appreciate your help and by the way i checkd my blood pressure and it's 127/79......
