Tribulis isnt likely to help you build muscle. I believe it just boosts LH.

Ephedra (now illegal) is great for energy. Some use ginseng too, but I havent noticed much of a boost from it.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

Green Tea extract is receiving a lot of coverage for its ability to gently increase your metabolism and energy, although I've not seen many studies to back this up. With regards to muscle building I'm not aware of any effective herbs.

Aswaghanda is supposedly good, Rhodiola Rosea would also be a good choice for energy. Cordyceps sinensis is supposedly one of the best adaptogens, but i can't find it from a reputable company anywhere.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
