OK I am somewhat skeptical about the effectiveness of a transdermal product for somewhat obvious reason, so I am just curious. For example when using a transdermal 4-AD product, what would prevent the drug from being sweated out after application? any type fo information anyone could provide that owuld be a helpful insight is appreciated..
I've been doing some research on this topic as I'm planning a Nordiol/4-AD cycle in the very near future. Most of the information I've reviewed states 4-AD has very poor bioavailabilty when ingested orally and that transdermals are much more effective. When using a transdermal you should preferably have a shower or bath beforehand and avoid strenuous activity which might cause sweating for at least 20 minutes. I've seen tones of transdermal reviews and most users seem happy when using a good brand. Hope this helps.
The simple answer is that once a compound partitions into the stratum corneum, it is very resistant to removal -- including alcohol and soap washing.
The more complicated answer is that hydrogen bonding that occurs in the stratum corneum is resistant to the active partitioning back into sweat or water or whatever.
