I do. I think it is a good vitamin. It is about the only thing I buy from GNC.

I took them, and found my first pee afterewards of the day was exceedingly strong. I'm not a vitamin guru by any means....but I figured if that much of it was coming out of my system then maybe I didn't need a multi-vitamin with such exceedingly high daily values. Otherwise no complaints..

Since then though I've just been taking a more normal/modest multi-vitamin available at your average drug store where the daily values for the most part are in the 100-300% dv range. I'd actually like to learn up a bit on vitamins, so if anyone knows of any resources please post a link. Since switching brands I can't say I've missed taking the ones with the higher potencies.. Although I suppose its pretty hard to notice/appreciate the value in taking more of a particular vitamin.

I wouldn't give GNC a penny out of my pocket for anything.
After comparing their prices to other local dealers, I found out a long time ago
they are raping the public. With prices like I've seen, I don't know how they stay in business. Maybe some things are priced reasonably, but not the items I compared.

The timed release is 5hours. 2 caps/day. Is it wise to separate them(1 for lunch/1, dinner) out to release thruout the day or is it better to concentrate the amount for sleep?
