After seeing mixed reviews for NO I thought I'd give it a shot. I bought ON's Nitric Boost and followed the instructions religiously (i.e 3 x 3 grams per day on an empty stomach, drank tons of water and exercised regularly). After using it for a week the only differences I've noticed are a tiny increase in the pump of secondary muscles when doing a set, e.g. arms very slightly more pumped when doing back work and sharper lactic acid burning pain at the end of a set to failure. So much for the ‘perpetual pump!’

I use other ON products and am generally happy with them so I assume all the NO hype is BS. On the good side at least I only wasted $26 and not $75 for NO2 at GNC
